Portable Dental Delivery System
The Triton Traveler Portable Dental Unit is designed to provide comprehensive dentistry from restorative to surgical use with operation of air handpiece connections, air/water syringe, and powerful suction from saliva ejector and high-volume evacuator. Has all the power and capability of ASI’s Triton Series Mobile Dental Carts in a compact and lightweight case for transport and ease of set up.  Optional built in instruments can include an electric high/low speed motor and a piezo ultrasonic handpiece.

The handpiece holder bar is height adjustable allowing the system to be used for both stand up and sit-down dental treatment. The bar swivels outward and, combined with ASI’s robust articulating holders, provide for convenient placement of the dental instruments. Can be used for both a single operator or four-handed use with a dental assistant. Stainless steel precision machined valves include handpiece control block, individual water flow controls, chip air and master water on/off. Replaceable jacketed-type handpiece tubing and suction lines use ASI White Silk tubing for a soft, lighter weight, non-stick design. The autoclavable suction handpieces are made of titanium for lighter weight, yet durable and resist chemicals. The included stainless-steel work tray can be placed on top of the case for an added working area.

Water System
Air pressurized water system for optimal handpiece coolant and ample syringe use. One-liter durable water bottle with wide 38MM opening for ease of cleaning and refilling. Includes DentaPure waterline disinfection cartridge system for biofilm control. Only requires cartridge to be changed annually with no other daily or weekly maintenance. System includes ASI dripless, non-retracting water relay for infection control.

Air Compressor System
One half horsepower, oil less air compressor provides dedicated air supply for dental handpieces and syringe operation. Pressure switch activated, so only runs when handpieces are being used. Includes a one-and-a-half-liter aluminum air tank with moisture condensation drain.

Dental Vacuum System
Dedicated one half horsepower, oil less vacuum pump provides great suction strength and volume of air that allows both the high volume and saliva ejector to be used simultaneously. A one-liter suction canister includes an auto shut off float switch to prevent overfilling and an indicator light for the suction level. Wide mouth suction canister bottle can be easily removed for emptying and cleaning. Includes autoclavable bacteriostatic exhaust filter.

Quiet and Vibration
ASI’s unique vibration and sound dampening technology provides not only a powerful unit for use, but also comfortable to patients and staff with quiet operation and minimized vibration to the work areas.

Portable Field Transport
Designed to work but also designed for travel and ease of set up. The outer hardened case is designed for rugged transport and drop test approved. Includes spring loaded handles and edge casters on one end that allow it to be rolled like luggage. The lid is removable, and the case set up on end and ready for use by simply plugging into an outlet, thereby minimizing the time needed for preparation for treatment.
